Important subscription rules
- All medical services are subject to provider evaluation and medical necessity.
- Laboratory testing and IV treatments must be approved by the treating provider.
- Unused annual benefits do not roll over into the following membership year.
- Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Monthly billing is automatic, subject to the customer’s authorization.
- Cancellations, refunds, and access to unused benefits follow the signed membership agreement.
- Membership benefits must be coordinated with insurance billing policies to prevent duplicate billing.

Feel your best all year for $350 a month: ten IV drips and ten hyperbaric oxygen sessions a year, metabolic and body testing, plus a birthday treat and guest passes to share.
